No air conditions either .If you send via mail it may never get here. If the recipient has a forwarding address in Miami (we do) it is fed xed to SXM a couple times a week. VERY expensive to receive anything that doesn't fit in an envelope. Other choice is to ship sea cargo. Cheaper than above and you can pay carrier charges in advance.
